Lavorare con gli obiettivi in psicoterapia. Il Goal Based-Outcome (GBO) Tool.

Viene presentata la traduzione del terzo capitolo del libro "Working with goals in psychotherapy and counselling" di Mick Cooper e Duncan Law, Oxford University Press, 2018. Il capito di Cooper che OUP ha gentilmente concesso di tradurre in italiano, illustra le principali riflessioni sul tema del cosiddetto "Consensus Goal". Come è noto, questa variabile rappresenta, secondo le ultime meta-analisi internazionali, la variabile con il maggior effect-size sull'outcome dei trattamenti psicologici.
Segue la traduzione ufficiale del GBO tool di Duncan Law, strumento ispirato proprio al lavoro sui problemi, che può essere utilizzato anche come misura di valutazione d'esito. Viene presentata anche la versione dello strumento per bambini. Ricordiamo che il parametro della coincidenza tra i problemi trattati da un servizio di psicologia e le richieste degli utenti, rapresenta un indice di benchmarking nei servizi IAPT inglesi.
Nel volume un piccolo aiuto nella gestione delle formule statistica nel contesto della pratica basata sulle evidenze.
Infine, ma non meno importante, la presentazione delle elaborazioni del primo database multicentrico nazionale sulla valutazione degli esiti nei servizi di psicologia, attraverso l'utilizzo del software del Progetto VETraPNetworK.

The translation of the third chapter of the book "Working with goals in psychotherapy and counseling" by Mick Cooper and Duncan Law, Oxford University Press, 2018 is presented. theme of the so-called "Consensus Goal". Following is the official translation of Duncan Law's GBO tool, a tool inspired by the work on problems, which can also be used as an outcome evaluation measure. The children's version of the instrument is also presented. We recall that the parameter of the coincidence between the problems treated by a psychology service and the requests of the users, represents a benchmarking index in the English IAPT services.
In the volume a little help in the management of statistical formulas in the context of evidence-based practice.
Last but not least, the presentation of the elaborations of the first national multicentre database on the evaluation of outcomes in psychology services, through the use of the software of the VETraPNetworK Project.
